Enrollment in the Emerge™ Platform can be initiated by the Patient/Parent or Healthcare Provider.
How it works

Submit an information request form, and we’ll coordinate with your physician to order the test.

Collect your child's saliva sample from home

Your child's DNA is sequenced and you and your child's doctor receive a report in 4 weeks

Meet with a genetic counselor to discuss your child's results/next steps
