Our Vision

To lead by empowering underserved patients and alleviating the burdens on our overwhelmed healthcare systems. We are committed to revolutionizing healthcare accessibility by providing the essential resources needed to overcome disease and enhance care equity.

Our Mission

To make genetic testing universally accessible and shorten the time to diagnosis and treatment from years to days.

We Are a Public Benefit Coporation

A public benefit corporation (PBC) operates like any other business, aiming to make a profit, but it also has a built-in commitment to benefiting the public. Think of it as a hybrid between a regular for-profit and a non-profit company.

While traditional companies focus primarily on maximizing shareholder value, a public benefit corporation balances this goal with the mission to also positively impact society.

To transform healthcare in underserved communities by improving access and equity through scientific and educational resources.
